Supporting NSHIP AF in Northeast Nigeria

Bell Dome Consult Limited has indicated interest to support the rebuilding efforts after the devastating effects of the Boko Haram insurgency in the Northeast region of Nigeria.
The World Bank extended her support to the Government of Nigeria to re-establish healthcare services through Performance Based Financing (PBF) approach. The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) is the government agency responsible for providing technical support to the northeast States to achieve the project’s development objectives. However, the PBF arrangement requires independent competent organizations to serve as either the Contract Management and Verification Agent (CMVA) or the Independent Verification Agent (IVA). Bell Dome Consult Limited has the capacity and comparative advantage being located in the Northeast Nigeria to support the Nigerian States Health Investment Project Additional Financing 2 (NSHIP AF2).
NPHCDA is now recruiting the organizations that will serve as either CMVA or IVA to the five benefitting States of Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe. Bell Dome Consult has submitted both technical and financial proposals to NPHCDA in accordance with Nigeria’s National Procurement Act and awaiting response.
When engaged, Bell Dome Consult Limited will bring her huge knowledge, skills, experiences, innovations and networks to make the highly needed significant strides towards actualization of the NSHIP AF2 Project Development Obectives.
